Doug recently joined the firm as a shareholder.  He was born in Wellington, Kansas and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wichita State University (1993).  Doug graduated from the Washburn University School of Law (1998) and received an LL.M (Master of Laws, Taxation) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (1999). 

     Doug practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, tax-qualified retirement plans, and executive and other non-qualified compensation planning for not-for-profit and for-profit clients.

      Doug is married to Dr. Sheri Fincher.  Sheri is a family physician with the Cotton O'Neil group and practices in their Carbondale clinic.  Doug is an avid fly-fisherman.
