Luke joined WGRGR in September 2008 and is licensed to practice law in Kansas. Luke's practice areas include:

He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and raised in Mali, West Africa and Milwaukee. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in December 2003. Luke obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in May 2008. While attending KU Law, he was a member of the Executive Board of the KU Law Moot Court Council from 2007 to 2008. Luke placed first overall and won Best Brief at the 19th Annual National Criminal Procedure Tournament held at the University of San Diego School of Law in October 2007. He was also a member of the Public Interest Law Society.
Luke is married to Lori Sinclair, who teaches second grade. Luke and Lori are avid Kansas and Wisconsin sports fans. In their free time, they enjoy family and friends, reading, and the outdoors while running, biking, and hiking.
